OBT is committed to making its website accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities, out of a belief in every visitor's right to an equal digital experience and in line with Israel's equal-rights regulations for people with disabilities. We make an ongoing effort to improve the site's accessibility, and this statement describes what is currently available, its limitations, and how to report a problem.
Our Commitment
We aim to enable all visitors to browse the site and reach its content as easily and independently as possible. Accessibility for us is an ongoing effort that we continually improve, not a finished or fully certified state.
The Standard We Aim For
We work to align the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, consistent with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the equal-rights regulations for people with disabilities. We note that this is an ongoing effort, and we do not claim full, certified compliance.
Accessibility Features Available
The site includes a floating accessibility button that lets you: increase and decrease the text size, enable a high-contrast mode, reduce motion and animation, and reset to the default settings.
In addition, the site supports keyboard navigation, is built on proper semantic structure (semantic HTML), includes alternative text for images (alt text), and provides a skip-to-content link for jumping directly to the main content.
Language and Text Direction Support
The site supports display in three languages: Arabic, Hebrew, and English, with full right-to-left (RTL) support for Arabic and Hebrew, ensuring that content is displayed and read correctly and comfortably in these languages.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some embedded third-party components (such as embedded videos, maps, or external tools) may not be fully accessible, as they are outside our direct control. We work to address these points where possible and welcome any feedback that helps us improve.
