FAQ

Frequently asked questions about working with OBT

What you need to know before starting a project — clearly, and without inflated promises.

What does OBT actually do?

OBT is a digital agency in Israel with three in-house disciplines: branding and design, marketing and advertising, and digital development. That means your logo, website, campaigns and content are produced under one roof by one team instead of being split across several vendors. We work from our Tel Aviv office (67 Haim Levanon St), serving the Arabic and Hebrew markets from the Galilee to Tel Aviv.

How much does it cost to work with OBT?

There is no fixed price list, because cost is driven by scope: how many deliverables are needed, in how many languages, which advertising channels we manage, how much content is produced each month, and how complex the site or system is. It also matters a great deal whether the engagement is a defined project with a start and end date or an ongoing monthly retainer. After the first conversation we send a written proposal that states exactly what is included and what is not, with no hidden line items.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the type of work: a full brand identity usually runs over several weeks across research, design and revision rounds; a website typically takes longer because it involves design, development, content and testing; and a campaign launch can go live in a much shorter window once the assets are ready. The single biggest factor in any timeline is how quickly content and approvals come back from your side. We commit to a written schedule at kickoff and update it only if the scope changes.

Do you work in Arabic and Hebrew?

Yes — we deliver content, campaigns, websites and client support in Arabic, Hebrew and English. Copy is written natively for each audience rather than translated word for word, because a message that lands in Arabic will not necessarily land in Hebrew. In the Israeli market, being able to speak properly to both audiences means wider reach and more efficient media spend.

Do you work with small businesses or only large ones?

Both. Across 120+ projects in 12+ industries we have worked with small local businesses and early-stage ventures alongside larger companies. The difference is not client size but scope: for a smaller business we build a focused package that starts with the most critical need — usually the identity, the website, or a single advertising channel — and expand from there.

How do we start working together?

We start with a free first conversation to understand your business, your audience and what you actually want to achieve. We then run a diagnosis of your current position — brand, website, digital presence and competitors — and come back with a written plan covering goals, phases, timeline and proposed budget. Nothing is committed until you have approved that plan.
