Hair Restoration Clinic Converts Sceptics with Transformation Content
A medical hair restoration clinic built a social media and content strategy to overcome the high scepticism and long decision-making cycle typical of elective hair transplant procedures.
1The Challenge
Hair transplants are high-consideration, high-cost decisions with a target audience of mostly men aged 25–50 who are embarrassed about hair loss and hesitant to discuss it publicly. Building an audience willing to engage, share, or enquire required dismantling stigma while maintaining medical authority.
2Our Approach
We built a before/after content library paired with patient testimonial videos (where consented), scientific explainers on the procedure, and realistic timeline content showing what to expect from week 1 through month 12. Instagram Stories provided an intimate channel for FAQs and anonymous enquiry links. The consultation funnel was framed as educational, not sales-driven.
