What platform do you build websites on, and why?
We choose the platform to fit the project rather than defaulting to one: WordPress works well when you want flexible self-service content management at a lower running cost, while modern stacks such as Next.js suit projects where speed, performance, user experience and deep customisation come first. For online stores we also evaluate options like Shopify. In every case we build proper RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew and fully responsive mobile layouts.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, we build full e-commerce stores including product catalogue, cart, payment gateway integration, shipping options and order management. We also prepare the store for marketing: conversion tracking, catalogue feeds connected to Google and Meta campaigns, and product pages written to support search visibility. The platform is selected based on catalogue size and how your logistics actually work.
Do you maintain the website after launch?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it — an unmaintained site becomes slow and exposed to security vulnerabilities. Maintenance covers core and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring and issue fixes, with optional ongoing content updates and improvements. It is offered as a separate monthly subscription from the build project, and you are free to decline it and manage the site in-house.
Can you connect the website to our existing systems or CRM?
Yes — we connect websites to CRM, inventory, billing and marketing systems through APIs or established integration tools. In practice this means every form submission, order or WhatsApp enquiry lands directly in your system instead of being re-entered by hand. We review your existing system's documentation and technical capabilities before confirming the scope of any integration.
