Holdings Group Gets a Unified Identity

An investment and holdings group operating several ventures consolidated its fragmented image into one corporate identity built for institutional credibility.

1The Challenge

Each of the group's ventures had grown its own look, and the parent group itself had almost no presence — a problem when approaching banks, partners, and institutional counterparts who research before they meet. The fragmented picture undersold the group's actual scale and made the whole appear smaller than the sum of its parts.

2Our Approach

We designed a corporate identity system for the parent group — restrained, typographic, built to signal permanence rather than chase trends — and defined how each portfolio venture relates to it visually. A group company profile and presentation suite gave the leadership consistent materials for institutional meetings. The digital presence was kept deliberately focused: a strong profile and a low-frequency, high-substance publishing line about the group's activity and outlook.

What made this unique

  • Multi-venture holdings structure presented under one coherent identity
  • Corporate design language built for boardrooms, not social trends
  • Portfolio companies given consistent sub-brand treatment
  • Credibility materials prepared for partners and institutions

Emotional drivers

  • Stability
  • Seriousness
  • Long-term vision
