Fitness Club Builds Member Community Online
A women's fitness club shifted its social presence from promotional posts to a community-first strategy built around its own members and their routines.
1The Challenge
The club's marketing looked like every other gym — offer posts, schedule graphics, and generic fitness imagery. It attracted trial visits but said nothing about the atmosphere that made members stay, and the feed did little to keep existing members connected to the club between workouts.
2Our Approach
We rebuilt the content strategy around four pillars: community moments, class spotlights, practical training education, and member milestones — all filmed inside the club with real members who agreed to appear. Reels captured the energy of group sessions, Stories carried weekly rhythms and reminders, and the tone stayed warm and judgment-free in both Arabic and Hebrew. Promotion became the smallest slice of the feed instead of the whole feed.
