School Enrollment Season, Fully Orchestrated
A private school approached enrollment season with a coordinated campaign built on transparency — showing parents the classrooms, teachers, and values behind the brochure.
1The Challenge
Choosing a school is one of the highest-trust decisions a parent makes, and the school's sporadic posting gave families little to base that trust on. Competing schools with stronger marketing were winning families during the critical registration window, even when the school's actual programs compared well.
2Our Approach
We mapped the enrollment season as one campaign with phases: awareness content introducing the school's approach, trust content featuring teachers speaking about their classrooms, and decision content answering the questions parents actually weigh — class sizes, values, daily routine. The funnel led to open days and personal school tours, with a follow-up sequence for families who visited. All content ran bilingually to match the school's parent community.
