Therapy Clinic Normalises Mental Health Conversations
A CBT psychotherapy clinic built an Arabic-language digital presence designed to educate about mental health while respecting the stigma many potential clients navigate.
1The Challenge
In the clinic's community, seeking therapy still carries social weight, and most mental-health content online is in Hebrew or English. People quietly struggling had nowhere in their own language to understand what CBT is, what a session looks like, or that reaching out could be discreet. A promotional tone would have pushed exactly these people away.
2Our Approach
Together with the therapist, we set strict content boundaries: educate, never diagnose, never dramatise. The content plan explained anxiety, avoidance, and thought patterns in everyday Arabic, with short explainer videos describing what actually happens in a CBT session. Every touchpoint led to a private WhatsApp flow with no public comments required, and the clinic's clinical credentials were presented plainly to establish legitimacy without hype.
