A Development Group Builds Its Own Brand
A construction and development group delivering residential and commercial projects had strong work on the ground but no brand to carry it — we built a corporate identity and a project-showcase system to match the scale of what they build.
1The Challenge
Each project was marketed in isolation with improvised materials, so the group's cumulative track record was invisible. In tender processes and partner meetings, the company presented decades of delivery with documents that looked assembled the night before.
2Our Approach
We created a unified corporate identity — logo system, guidelines, signage, and presentation templates — designed to sit comfortably on both a construction hoarding and a boardroom screen. A showcase structure documents every project in three phases: before, during construction, and delivered, with directed site photography and drone footage. The result is a single brand narrative where each completed building adds proof to the next tender.
