Expanding a 23-Year Driving School into a Bilingual Market
A veteran driving instructor with 23 years of experience in the Galilee region needed to modernize his digital presence and break into the Hebrew-speaking market — a segment never previously targeted. We built a social media strategy that showcased real student success and created content in both Arabic and Hebrew to unlock a new revenue stream.
1The Challenge
Despite decades of hands-on experience and a strong local reputation, the school had virtually no digital footprint — no website, no TikTok, and minimal social media. Local competitors, while also weak online (under 500 Facebook followers), were still more discoverable. The key strategic challenge was crafting messaging that would resonate equally with Arabic-speaking locals and potential Hebrew-speaking students from neighboring communities.
2Our Approach
We created an Instagram and Facebook strategy built on authentic storytelling: student success moments, before-and-after lessons, and instructor profile content that conveyed trust and expertise. Bilingual content — Arabic and Hebrew — was produced for every post to capture both audiences. We highlighted the female instructor as a key differentiator for women students, and ran geo-targeted campaigns across the Mughar, Arabeh, Sakhnin, and Al-Shaghur corridor.
