Selling Gardens Through Transformations
A landscaping and garden design studio turned its most persuasive asset — dramatic project transformations — into a systematic content engine and a steady source of qualified quote requests.
1The Challenge
The studio's finished gardens were stunning, but almost none were documented; crews moved to the next site without capturing what they left behind. Prospects calling for quotes had seen no proof of quality, which pushed every conversation toward price instead of craft.
2Our Approach
We built a documentation workflow the crew itself can run: a fixed set of angles photographed before work starts and after handover, collected through a simple shared folder routine. These became before/after transformation reels, the studio's signature format. A seasonal calendar aligned content to real gardening cycles — planning in winter, planting in spring — and a structured quote-request form captured garden size, style preferences, and photos before the first call.
