A Barbershop Becomes a Club
A men's barbershop and grooming lounge wanted to be more than a place for a haircut — it wanted regulars who belong. We built a lifestyle brand and membership culture around the grooming ritual.
1The Challenge
Barbershops compete on proximity and price unless they build something stickier. The lounge offered premium grooming services and a deliberately social atmosphere, but its generic branding made it look like every other shop on the street — and nothing communicated the membership experience that made it different.
2Our Approach
We crafted an identity with clubhouse character — a crest-style mark, dark tactile palette, and interior graphics carrying the brand into the physical space. Content followed three pillars: craft (technique close-ups and product knowledge), culture (music, style, conversations from the chairs), and community (member moments and lounge events). The membership offer was packaged into clear tiers and woven through content as the natural next step for anyone who liked the vibe.
