A Physiotherapy Clinic Shows the Journey
A physiotherapy clinic serving a Hebrew-speaking patient base built its digital presence around recovery journeys — showing what treatment actually looks like from first assessment to return to activity.
1The Challenge
Patients searching for physiotherapy compare clinics they know nothing about, and choose on proximity and guesswork. The clinic's real advantage — a methodical treatment approach and strong patient rapport — was undocumented, while its Google listing was bare and its social channels dormant.
2Our Approach
We developed a Hebrew-first content strategy structured as condition series: back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation, matching the terms patients actually search. Recovery-journey content followed treatment arcs from assessment to milestones (with patient consent and full anonymisation where requested), demystifying what happens in the treatment room. The Google Business Profile was rebuilt with services, photos, and review prompts, connecting local search intent to a clinic that now looked as professional online as it is in person.
