Developer Launches Projects With a Playbook
A real-estate development group standardised how it brands and launches residential projects, turning each launch from a one-off effort into a repeatable marketing playbook.
1The Challenge
Every new project was marketed differently, by different vendors, with no connection to the developer's own name — so trust built on one project transferred nothing to the next. Buyers making the biggest purchase of their lives found little about the group behind the buildings, and enquiries arrived unstructured, straining the sales team during launch peaks.
2Our Approach
We created a group brand that stands behind every project, plus a naming and identity template that gives each development its own character within the system. The launch playbook defined marketing phases from pre-launch teasers through construction-progress updates to handover stories — with renders and site milestones doing the trust-building work between sales pushes. Each project received a landing page with structured enquiry forms feeding the sales team a consistent, manageable pipeline.
