Contractor Builds Trust On Camera
A renovation and finishing contractor competed in a market flooded with unlicensed handymen and horror stories. We built a personal brand around his face, his sites, and his standards.
1The Challenge
Homeowners hiring a renovation contractor are betting their biggest asset on a stranger. Word of mouth brought this contractor steady work, but each project ended the relationship — nothing captured the quality for the next customer to see. Meanwhile competitors with weaker workmanship advertised aggressively.
2Our Approach
We put the contractor himself at the centre: short on-site videos where he explains what's being done and why, filmed in his natural speaking style. Each project became a documented arc — demolition, progress milestones, and a polished before/after finale. Highlights organised past projects by type, working as a permanent portfolio. The consistent message: this is who shows up, this is how he works, this is how it looks when he leaves.
