Rebuilding a Clinic's Meta Presence
A nurse-led skin-treatment and laser clinic had real medical depth but a digital presence that didn't show it. We produced a five-script video shoot, restructured the Meta ad account around WhatsApp and ThruPlay objectives, and integrated full publishing.
1The Challenge
The clinic's strongest assets — a medical background, diagnosis-first methodology, and devices competitors don't have — were invisible in its content, and the brand name barely appeared in existing posts. The ad account carried leftover campaigns from a previous marketer targeting the wrong audience in the wrong language. In aesthetics, where women fear failed experiments more than prices, generic beauty content was actively costing trust.
2Our Approach
We scripted and directed a clinic shoot around five scenarios that dramatise the diagnosis-first approach: real treatment-room settings, the practitioner explaining rather than selling, and the medical reasoning behind each service. The Meta ad account was restructured — legacy campaigns retired, and new campaigns split by objective between WhatsApp conversations for treatment enquiries and ThruPlay for video reach. Publishing was fully integrated with Meta so the content calendar runs on schedule, with the brand mark present on every design. All copy held the clinic's line: treatment you can trust, never miracle promises.
