Career Guidance Center Reaches Youth With Purpose-Driven Content

A career counselling and future planning center targeting Arabic-speaking youth in Israel built a digital strategy to reach students who felt lost about career direction — and convert them to enrolled clients.

1The Challenge

Career guidance services are often underused because the target demographic (teenagers and young adults) doesn't proactively search for help. Parents are often the decision-makers. The service needed to communicate its value to both young people (aspiration) and parents (investment in their child's future).

2Our Approach

We created a dual-audience content strategy: inspiring career transformation stories for students and trust-building achievement statistics for parents. Instagram content used relatable, aspirational storytelling. Facebook targeted parents in the 35–55 age group. A free initial consultation offer was used as the conversion tool, reducing the perceived risk of booking.
