Handmade Jewelry Label Launches Online
An artisan jewelry and accessories maker moved from word-of-mouth sales to a structured online brand, timed around the gifting seasons that drive the category.
1The Challenge
The maker had a loyal circle of repeat buyers but no brand identity, no consistent product imagery, and no way for new customers to discover or order pieces. Sales spiked unpredictably around holidays without any planning to capture that demand.
2Our Approach
We designed a brand identity that carried the handmade character into logo, packaging, and feed aesthetics. Professional product photography was produced in styled sets for each collection. The content calendar was built backwards from three gifting windows — with teaser posts, collection reveals, and last-order reminders — while Instagram DM and WhatsApp flows made ordering simple for first-time buyers.
