1The Challenge

Parents who suspect a learning difficulty are anxious, flooded with contradictory advice, and often ashamed to ask questions publicly. The specialist's professional vocabulary — accurate but clinical — created distance exactly where trust was needed, and her services were invisible outside referral circles.

2Our Approach

We built a content strategy around three pillars: recognising signs, practical home strategies, and parent mindset. Every post was written in warm, plain Arabic that names the feelings parents carry, not only the pedagogy. The visual identity deliberately avoided clinical and stigmatising imagery in favour of a calm, hopeful palette. A clear pathway led from free guidance content to a structured assessment enquiry, letting hesitant parents build confidence before reaching out.

What made this unique

  • Parent-facing guidance translating professional diagnosis language
  • Content addressing the emotional side of learning challenges, not just tools
  • Clear service pathway from free content to structured assessment
  • Sensitive visual identity avoiding clinical or stigmatising imagery

Emotional drivers

  • Hope
  • Understanding
  • Partnership with parents
