Parenting Coach Builds Workshop Funnels
A parenting coach and family counselor turned a scattered social presence into a structured funnel that moves parents from free advice to workshops and deeper programs.
1The Challenge
The coach was giving away excellent advice in unstructured posts and lives, earning gratitude but no sustainable business. Workshops were announced ad hoc to whoever happened to see the post, filling unevenly. There was no bridge between the parent who saved a reel at midnight and the paid program that could actually help them.
2Our Approach
We architected a three-stage funnel: reels and carousels answering real submitted questions build the audience, free or low-cost live workshops per age group create the first commitment, and each workshop closes with a natural path into the deeper program. Content was reorganised around recurring parent pain points, keeping the coach's warm, judgment-free voice as the through-line. Workshop registration pages and reminder sequences replaced ad-hoc announcements.
