Nonprofit Brings Youth Programs Into Focus
A youth education nonprofit ran an awareness campaign to make its programs visible to the families they serve and the community that sustains them.
1The Challenge
The organisation ran meaningful programs, but its communication was internal-facing — reports and announcements that meant little to a parent deciding whether to enrol a teenager. Families often heard about programs too late or not at all, and community supporters had no window into what their backing enabled.
2Our Approach
We built the campaign around three audiences with three messages: for parents, practical clarity about what each program offers and how to register; for teens, energy and peer voices in short vertical videos filmed at actual activities; for supporters, honest storytelling about what the programs make possible. Registration was reduced to a simple form reachable from every post, and program staff were briefed on responding to enquiries during the campaign window.
