A digital agency serving Shefa-Amr businesses

Years of work with businesses in Shefa-Amr — we know its commercial rhythm.

Shefa-Amr is one of the larger Arab cities in the north, and its social fabric is unusually mixed: Muslim, Christian and Druze communities in a single city, which shapes tone of communication, holidays and seasonal rhythm. Its economy is practical rather than showy: garages and workshops, contracting, aluminium and metalwork, building supplies, restaurants and service businesses. Customers here are looking to solve a problem now, and they call whoever looks reliable, close and available. Whoever shows up at the right moment with complete information gets the job.

The local market

The city functions as a service hub for the villages around it, and much of the demand is service and trade demand rather than shopping demand. The language is entirely Arabic, though part of the business base — particularly contracting and supply — also deals with Hebrew-speaking clients and companies from Kiryat Ata, Haifa and the surrounding industrial areas. Online presence is very uneven: many tradespeople and contractors have no page at all and rely on reputation and the phone, while a small minority have built something organised and capture demand from Google. That means the fundamentals — a complete Google Business Profile, a page explaining the service and the coverage area, and a number that answers immediately — produce results before any large media budget.

Our presence here

Shefa-Amr is one of the cities we have worked across for years, and we know its commercial rhythm and its seasons. We do not have an office in the city — we travel to you for a meeting or a shoot as needed, and the rest of the work runs online at a steady cadence.

Common questions

Common questions

Do you have an office in Shefa-Amr?

No, we do not have an office in Shefa-Amr. In practice it changes little: we come to you for meetings and shoots as needed, and the rest of the work runs online with daily contact over WhatsApp.

I run a workshop or contracting business with no digital presence at all. Where do we start?

We start with what actually generates calls: a properly set up Google Business Profile with real photos and a clear service area, plus one page explaining what you do and for whom. Campaigns come after that, because advertising into an incomplete presence wastes budget.

My customers are Arabic speaking but I also get Hebrew-speaking work. How do you handle that?

We separate the two tracks. Local content and campaigns aimed at the Arabic-speaking audience are written in Arabic, while anything aimed at Hebrew-speaking companies or clients is written in direct professional Hebrew. Both are run from the same plan so the messaging does not clash and the results stay legible.
